call center

The call center industry has produced hundreds of thousands of jobs which brought about some economic strength to the nation of India, it has also helped the educated unemployed to earn a statutory living and has aided many financially deficit families. This industry has assisted the development of Bangalore in terms of international vernacular development and cross-cultural observations with increase multinational trade and correspondence.
The civic issues at the call center have drawn our attention from various angles. It has been identified that this people's group is vulnerable to false attractions and false beliefs. The call center sector has transferred their night into day and this has affected their life style, character, habits and even relationships. Since these youth are exposed predominantly to the Western or British culture they tend to drift towards the cultural mindsets and develop a mentality of humanistic approach to do whatever feels right even if it's not godly or moral or ethical.
This often times causes a cultural disorder when they look like an Indian and behave like an American. They develop a pluralistic personality with diluted values thereby setting very little principles. This posture of attitude effects their family values and ultimately relationships. This causes severe psychological problems, which causes them to yield to external influences such as smoking, alcohol, drugs, sex and other destructive habits. The sum factor: enormous amount of stress, reducing of appetite or eating disorders, development of distorted worldviews, humanism, atheism and agnosticism. They have been trendsetters of the post-modern relativistic generation.
